According to wowprogress, Silvermoon is indeed the most active server for Alliance EU. Ravencrest is second.Depends on the faction. I love Silvermoon ( I am pve alliance): mixed origin players, very competitive, friendly players, possible to make a lot of money from AH, good guilds, friendly environment overallUS WoW Realms. Dalaran-Wow has been my default server for the past 6-7 years, and it is great too, just low pop now. I ran some queries on all NA servers today for population estimates as found using a check of those in the LFG chat channel. This is obviously not perfect but is a much closer estimate than Ironforge.Pro or CensusPlusWOTLK.There’s an entire phase of catch up raid coming in a few months. If you start now, you can get to max level and make some gold of do some P1 and P2 content until P4 hits. Then you can get geared for Sunwell by the time it releases. It’s a great time to start. Alliance has more RP and activity overall, but the server has a LOT of toxic people in it now, and a lot of people who mock and insult RPers. That makes no sense. It is an RP server. WrA is great for both factions. Wyrmrest Accord has a good Horde population, Alliance is so so. Khaz'goroth has people on it but the chances of finding anyone to do Mythic raiding with on either faction are absolutely non-existent. Almost every guild on Khaz has severe rostering issues due to the vast majority of high-level PvE players settling on Frostmourne and Barthilas; prior to the HOF ending and x-realm Mythic raiding opening up each tier, it's a struggle to field 20 people without ...2. So choose the highest population one with the faction balance towards what you want to play. This will give you the widest selections of guilds to join, and the healthiest auction house, and there are really no negatives.Why not simply add a server with the same name but 2 on it and enable free transfers between servers. heck you could even enable cross realm with only those 2 servers. then use layers for high pop zones like they are doing now anywase for example benediction1 and benediction 2 this would clear up any issues with ques and would allow people to play. then when population dies down, close the ...It’s really awful to see so many new players getting shoved into these servers that have basically no population. It's been tilting more to horde pretty strongly since BFA and warmode after being nearly perfectly 50/50 during WoD and much of Legion but it's still far better then the other rp servers. Most of the people you see there are just people sitting in the towns RPing, but in terms of doing content, it’s a fairly small server. Lagaran represent! Nothing is wrong with stormrage. I just want a “clean” start on a new server where I’m not distracted by my main. Tichondrius is the big one for Horde, Sargeras for Alliance. Any high pop server is likely to have more pvpers by virtue of having more people in general. You can also do some quick research by looking at the PvP ladders and seeing where the top players are. Even the non-gladiators will tend to congregate on those servers too. Tich is good for ...Warmane is not highly regarded here at all. It has hundreds of people playing Hardcore every day, which is a playstyle that is addon-supported but not officially supported by Blizzard. Even if you don't care about mythic raiding, it's best to choose a realm that's very populous for your chosen faction unless you're joining a friend who's on a different sort of realm. For the economy, I should note, the only thing that matters is total realm population, since the ... That doesn't mean you won't have fun. If your main goal is raiding, EU-PVP1 may be your best bet. If you don't care about raiding and money making, but rather a 100% positive atmosphere, then the RP servers are your place. Nowadays, Alliance rules this server with over 70% of the realm's population. The server has its benefits and drawbacks that go with any other server. Golemagg absolutely the best choice for free transfers at this point, good number of guilds 14/14 first week and multiple pugs clearing BT/Hyjal along with an active auction house, by no means a mega server but a top tier choice at no cost. 3. I really want to play a tank in WoW classic - I tried getting into it before but redridge mountains was just chaos incarnate - could barely move two steps without getting ganked for 2 months straight. The choice is really up to you, and I never mock a player because of their server. I’m sure you’ll make a good choice. Avoid Kazzak, the most toxic community in this game. Tarren mill would probably be best, Draenor is one of the biggest realms but this also causes for queues and lag whenever a new expansion releases.Its not so bad once you get out of the starting areas though I havent been back since the squish. Frostmourne has essentially the entire alliance player base, Barthilas for the horde.Prob a 70-30 split. Stormrage and Sargeras are both very active Alliance realms. I moved to Proudmoore for this expansion and am loving it. It's packed and there's always people around. Not sure what the split is though. It's almost entirely Alliance. Walk up RP is present but it is 50/50 in whether it'll be good or bad (Same on MG Alliance.) Community is more separate with no real equivalent of Warcraft Conquest or Coalition from MG (and MG Horde respectively.) It’s more of a self-contained place as opposed to other servers that have a ton of connected realms and CRZ in open world. You see people from other servers sometimes but it’s not all the time. There's usually guilds and communities dedicated to it, and people use addons such as TRP to write profiles and so on to supplement the experience. On EU the only "real" RP server left is Argent Dawn, the rest are either dead or are RP realms only in name.
